Renowned Chef Andrew Bachelier (Campfire, Jeune et Jolie*, Atelier Manna) and skateboarding legend Tony Hawk are thrilled to announce their highly anticipated collaboration: Chick & Hawk. This unique partnership brings together the worlds of culinary excellence and skate and surf culture, creating a one-of-a-kind dining experience right here in Encinitas, California.

A chance meeting in 2020 sparked an unlikely friendship between Bachelier and Hawk, revealing a shared passion for food, culture, and community. After many months of dreaming, many more years of unexpected delays, and a run of exciting pop-ups throughout North County San Diego, Chick & Hawk is finally slated to take flight in the historic Fulano's building in Leucadia in 2025.

Inspired by the vibrant colors and nostalgic spirit of the 90s, Chick & Hawk embraces the gritty, artistic expression of skate culture while delivering uncompromising quality in food and drink. From our signature Nashville Hot-inspired fried chicken sandwich, "The Birdman," to plenty of unexpected culinary surprises, Chick & Hawk is a celebration; of our town’s unique spirit, of culinary craftsmanship, and of a culture we grew up with and love.
